Brain Damaging Habits

The following are some of the Brain damaging habits found in a Research about Brain Diseases in HU,

1. Avoiding Breakfast, some may think that avoiding breakfast would reduce their obesity but in turn highly concentrated hydrochloric acid which secretes during morning hours stays in stomach and damages our intestines.

2. Over Eating, we may eat some dishes in large amount this will affect the balanced diet.

3. Over Staining Brain, during illness avoid staining your brain and working. This disrupts some of the weak cells in the brain.

4. Don't cover the whole body with blankets while sleeping, this may over heat up the brain cells which is active throughout our life span. So, avoid covering your head while sleeping.
